1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aidy.uk ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Aidy platform and services (the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including organizations, administrators, and team members.

2. Description of Service

Aidy is an AI-powered security alert enrichment platform that:

  • Receives security alerts via webhook endpoints
  • Automatically extracts security indicators (IPs, domains, URLs, file hashes)
  • Enriches indicators with threat intelligence from multiple sources
  • Uses AI to generate contextual summaries and recommendations
  • Delivers enriched alerts to configured integrations (Slack, Jira)

The Service is designed to help security teams accelerate alert triage by providing actionable context without manual research.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms (if using on behalf of an organization)
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Organization Accounts

Organizations may have multiple users with different roles (Owner, Admin, Member). Organization administrators are responsible for:

  • Managing user access and permissions
  • Ensuring all users comply with these Terms
  • Maintaining the security of organization settings and integrations
  • Managing subscription and billing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service to process data that you do not have the right to process
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Share your API keys or authentication credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

6. Subscriptions and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans with different features and limits. Current plans include:

  • Professional: Monthly subscription with defined features and limits
  • Enterprise: Custom plans with additional features and support

Subscription details, pricing, and features are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plans, features, and pricing with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

  • All fees are in British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your subscription
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription

6.3 No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or early cancellation, except as required by applicable law.

6.4 Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

We may change subscription plans, features, or pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Third-Party Integrations

7.1 Integration Setup

The Service supports integrations with third-party services including Slack and Jira. To use these integrations, you must:

  • Have an active account with the third-party service
  • Grant us necessary permissions to access and post to the service
  • Comply with the third-party service's terms of service
  • Maintain the security of integration credentials

7.2 Integration Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to post content to integrated services
  • Configuring integrations correctly and securely
  • Monitoring content posted through integrations
  • Complying with third-party service terms and policies
  • Revoking access if you no longer want the integration active

7.3 Integration Availability

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services. Integration features may be unavailable if third-party services are down, change their APIs, or restrict access.

8. Data Processing and Security Alerts

8.1 Alert Processing

When you send security alerts to our Service:

  • We process alerts to extract indicators and generate enriched context
  • We do not store raw alert data - all sensitive content is redacted before storage
  • Processing occurs in real-time and may involve third-party AI and threat intelligence services
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send alerts to our Service

8.2 Data Security

While we implement security measures to protect data, you acknowledge that:

  • No system is 100% secure
  • You are responsible for securing your API keys and webhook endpoints
  • You should not send highly sensitive data that requires special handling
  • We are not responsible for data breaches caused by third-party services

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and technology, is owned by Aidy.uk and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

  • Process and analyze your data to provide the Service
  • Store redacted metadata for debugging and service improvement
  • Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement

This license terminates when you delete your account, except for data we are required to retain for legal or operational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Important: Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability.

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • 100% uptime or availability
  • That the Service will meet all your requirements
  • That results from AI processing are always accurate or complete

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or threat intelligence data
  • We are not liable for security incidents, data breaches, or losses resulting from third-party services
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures in processing alerts

10.3 Security Alert Disclaimer

The Service is a tool to assist security teams but does not replace professional security judgment. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated summaries and recommendations are suggestions, not definitive security assessments
  • Threat intelligence data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
  • You are responsible for verifying and validating all security information
  • We are not responsible for security incidents that occur despite using our Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aidy.uk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you send through the Service
  • Your use of third-party integrations

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the Service interface.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the Service (with 30 days' notice)

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
  • We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Sending an email notification for material changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aidy.uk regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
